Utility Information

Gas

To place gas utilities in the name of one resident on your lease or if you have a gas outage, leak, or emergency, please contact DTE at 1 (800) 477-4747.  If you are calling to place the gas utilities in your name, please remember this must be made effective no later than the date your lease term begins (even if you are moving in after that date).

Electric

To place electric utilities in the name of one resident on your lease or if you have an electric outage or emergency, please contact Consumer’s Energy at at 1 (800) 477-5050.  If you are calling to place the electric utilities in your name, please remember this must be made effective no later than the date your lease term begins (even if you are moving in after that date).

Cable/Internet

We provide complimentary high speed internet and expanded cable television to our residents through Charter Communications.  Although we do pay the invoicing for these services, you must contact Charter Communications directly if you have any questions regarding service or equipment.  We are not cable or internet technicians and Charter Communications has staff qualified to answer your questions.  If you would like to upgrade your service beyond what is provided to you, you will need to become a customer of Charter Communications and they will bill you for the difference in upgrades.
